15 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
PRODUCT COVERAGE
Homestead Outdoor Living warrants to the original purchaser that the furniture is free from defects in material and workmanship. The furniture frame warranty lasts for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of purchase. The furniture finish warranty lasts for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase. Please note and understand that hand applied finishes are not covered in this warranty. The fabrics, cushion fill materials, umbrellas, and other furniture accessories warranty lasts for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
COVERAGE DETAILS
If the furniture frame fails structurally or if the finish cracks, peels, or blisters, Homestead Outdoor Living will, at its’ option, repair or replace the frame or part in the original style and finish whenever possible. However, if the original style or finish is no longer available Homestead Outdoor Living will substitute the product of equal value in a similar style and/ or finish.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Homstead Outdoor Living does not cover and is void if damage occurs from shipping, unreasonable or abusive use, acts of nature or God, normal wear and tear, frame finish fading or chipping, cleaning, freezing, mildew, wind, rain, hail, or snow, glass breakage, fabric stretching, and failure to provide responsible care and maintenance for the product. Homestead Outdoor Living is not liable for freight/ shipping costs of returned or replaced product after one (1) year from the date of purchase.
CLAIM PROCEDURE
To avoid being responsible for a claim, please be sure to inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. The warranty claim must be made by the original purchaser. The product or pictures must be provided, if requested to Homestead Outdoor Living or its’ authorized representative. Proof of purchase is necessary.
